The deadline Registration is Monday, February 6, 2012 at 3:00 pm EST. If you are not a registered participant you may not be permitted to play. NO EXCEPTIONS!
All event participants are required to sign a Hymax Field Hockey Club Waiver and Release form prior to participation in any Hymax related event. Parent/Guardian signatures are required for all those under the age of 18.
