Registration is open to all U14, U16, and U19 players. To register MAVSPORTS Tourney, complete the registration process by clicking REGISTER NOW! All registrations must include player information only!!
Players will advance according to pool standings. Tournament will run from 9am to 5 pm.
$56.00 per player
The deadline Registration is Monday, January 28, 2012. Late Registration deadline is Friday, January 27, 2011 at 3:00 pm EST. If you are not a registered participant you not be permitted to play. NO EXCEPTIONS!
All club members must be a member of USFHA. For membership details please go to www.usfha.com. USFHA # IS REQUIRED TO PLAY!
All event participants are required to sign a Hymax Field Hockey Club Waiver and Release form prior to participation in any Hymax related event. Parent/Guardian signatures are required for all those under the age of 18.
All players are required to provide their own stick. Mouthguards and shin guards should be worn at all times and provided by each player. Eye protection optional.
