Registration is open to U16/ U19 players only. All registrations must include player information only!!
The tournament will be held on 4 regulation size fields. Two artifical grass and two bermuda grass.
Registration Fee. $80.00 per player. Late Registration.$90.00 per player
Games will be full field (11 vs. 11).
Registration deadline is April 2, 2012... Late registration will be charged after that date. If you are not a registered participant you may not be permitted to play. NO EXCEPTIONS!
All club members must be a member of USFHA. For membership details please go to www.usfha.com. USFHA # IS REQUIRED TO PLAY!
ALL participants must sign the tourney waiver form. Parents must also sign for any participant under 18. The waiver form will be emailed with your registration confirmation.
All players are required to provide their own stick. Mouthguards and shin guards should be worn at all times and provided by each player. Eye protection optional.
