The Jeff Galloway training approach is suitable forall levels and all ages! Join us for a weekly Saturday group run (first session is free) and experience great comraderie, effective training and lots of support. Bring a friend!

Strong and Speedy Summer Program - April 5-July 5

Join us each Saturday morning from April 5th through July 5th for speed improvement, form drills, and great training to keep us strong throughout the summer and ready to hit marathon and half-marathon season in better shape than ever before!

Marathon High

This is a free program that is proudly partnered with the Galloway Training Program and 26.2 with Donna. We serve teens of all backgrounds and abilities in grades 9-12. The program is non-competitive so we reach the majority of teens who have never considered themselves an athlete and are not currently involved in athletics.Click Here to visit the Marathon High website to make a donation. $55 sponsors a student, but any amount is appreciated.

Refund Policy

The training fee is non-refundable. Requests for refunds are considered for medical reasons only and must be accompanied by a physician's letter. They must be submitted prior to the half-way point in the training season. A $25 processing fee will be retained.

* 100% of the proceeds from the race entry fees go to breast cancer research and care.

About Jeff Galloway's Training ProgramsThe Galloway Training Program is open to anyone who is interested in fulfilling a lifetime goal: to run a marathon, half marathon, 10K, 5k, 10 miler or just get started. The training group welcomes all levels, from beginners to Boston qualifiers. Pace groups are set up to ensure a comfortable and safe training pace for every ability. If you're not certain about whether to join, come with us for a free test run.
