There will be 3 WODs over 1 day. Athletes will be judged. We will go over ROM for each WOD prior to the first heat of each WOD. Doors will open at 8am with the opening ceremony at 8:30. First WOD will start at 9am. After all WODs have been finished, we will have the closing ceremony with awards. We will release 2 WODs a week prior to the event and will leave one WOD a mystery. Trust me, you haven't EVER seen this WOD used in a CrossFit event...but you have definitely heard of it.
Spectators are welcome but there will be a $5 entry fee. PRO: it's heavier, more reps and requires more skill (there will not be MU) Intermediate: they will be the same WODs but will be lighter, fewer reps and have a scaled versions for movements. -parking: more info to be posted on facebook and our website closer to 1/26/13 -food/drinks: bring your own food and drinks. You will have some down time between WODs. Nutrition is key to sport performance. -Bring Your Own: mobility gear, jump ropes, chairs, change of clothes. -We will have sponsors at this event. So far: Your Total Fitness Shoppe, Rush Running, NWA Spine and Joint and (unofficially) 1st Phorm. I will keep you updated to any new sponsors.
