The program is for beginners. A weekly training program will be emailed to all participants to follow outside classes. Basic nutrition will be offered during the program and for race day. Swim Wednesdays at 8:15pm and/or Sundays at 5pm in Weston. Run and bike Saturdays at 10-11:30am in Fairfield from our studio. All sessions are coached with experienced coaches.
