SuperNoVA Select is a traveling girls lacrosse club designed to provide players with the opportunity to learn skills, gain knowledge and showcase talent in a fun atmosphere. Liz Schaffner, former 10 year assistant at George Mason and current Director of Operations at the United States Naval Academy, has created SuperNoVA Select in an effort to foster the growth of girl's lacrosse in Northern Virginia while helping high school players gain exposure to the college recruiters.

Selection criteria for SuperNova Select will be based on a combination of skills performed in various drills, performance in scrimmage settings, athleticism and coachability.
Please bring appropriate shoes (cleats or cross trainers) for a sport grass surface, stick, mouthguard, goggles and goalie equipment if needed. No equipment will be provided. Goggles for field players are MANDATORY.
