Aerobics is back! Easy to follow dance themes drawing from Zumba, Disco, Country and Kickboxing that will burn calories, improve your cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and agility. Mix in some weight work for total body conditioning all packed into a fun-filled hour!!! Wear proper shoes and bring water. Class meets on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays at 9:30am.
