About This Activity

Presented and supported by the Dayton Barefoot Runners Club, this event runs on city streets and paths. You can run barefoot or shod, awards in both categories.

What is MSA?

MSA is a degenerative neurological disorder associated with the degeneration of nerve cells in specific areas of the brain. This cell degeneration causes problems with movement, balance and other autonomic functions of the body such as bladder control or blood pressure regulation. The cause of MSA is unknown and no specific risk factors have been identified. There is no remission from the disease and no known cure.


9:00 AM at TJ Chumps, 1100 E. Dayton-Yellow Springs Rd, Fairborn, Ohio 45324 Early packet pickup will be on March 22, 5-8PM at Roderer’s Shoe Center, 316 E Stroop Rd, Dayton.

$25 which includes shirt and refreshments before March 16, $30 after and on race day, no shirt guarantee, sorry
