Elite endurance coach Patrick McCrann manages two online communities of more than 800 athletes: Endurance Nation and Marathon Nation. He specializes in creating training plans for runners, resources and multimedia guidance for runners and age-group triathletes. Over the last decade his clients have raced on every continent in competitions ranging from Ironman triathlons to Ultrarunning, from adventure racing to mountain biking.
Patrick is also an author, regular contributing columnist and has been quoted and/or featured in several endurance publications as well as mainstream media including New York Times. His low-volume, high-intensity approach and focus on race execution are radically different than the coaching status quo.
As a runner, 14-time Ironman athlete (including three Kona qualifications), and stay-at-home dad, Patrick brings a bigger picture focus to training.
