What's Included

Let's play with our food this week as we make mosaics, prints, buildings, and sculptures with all things edible. Each child will ignite their creative spirit as well as their taste buds during this yummy week of camp. We will be sure to create some delicious masterpieces that will appeal to your inner artist. We will be culminating our edible artistic week by taking a trip to Hearthfire Books and Treats in Evergreen. Half Day Campers must add the Friday Field Trip option for $50.

About This Organizer

The mission of Evergreen Country Day School is to inspire the young minds of our future.

Supporting Pillars

Academics: ECDS offers a challenging program that will provide both a strong academic foundation and the skills necessary for success in today’s changing world.  Through small class sizes, a differentiated approach, integrated technology, and progress monitoring ECDS recognizes that each child is unique with a diverse learning style. The school taps into each child’s strengths with a dynamic offering of extra-curricular activities and electives.

Character: ECDS recognizes that the development of strong values and character traits is an essential skill for success. Universal values that include responsibility, integrity, and respect are ingrained in the culture of the school. Essential character traits that include leadership, communication, confidence and perseverance are promoted as part of the curriculum and every day experience of each child.

Community: ECDS believes the strength of the community leads to a positive school culture. All members of the school have a responsibility to contribute to both the internal school community and greater local community. A sense of community is fostered through town meetings, service, traditions, and mentoring relationships between older and younger students.

Safety: ECDS recognizes the importance of a safe environment. Through planning, training, and support systems for students ECDS takes the necessary steps to ensure that we have an environment that is both physically and emotionally safe for our students.

Individuality: ECDS consists of individuals with unique interests, perspectives and talents. The school community celebrates these individual differences and recognizes that each child has their own, equally important contributions to make to the community.
