Enjoy the healing practice of yoga in this beginning to intermediate class designed to balance and align body, mind, emotions, spirit, and life energy. We'll practice breathing and centering, flow in and out of yoga poses that stretch, strengthen, and energize, and finally recline in guided relaxation. You'll leave with a joyful sense of well being! Please bring a yoga mat/ 1lb wrist weights optional.
