Adult Triathlons are held on Saturday August 9th at Black Canyon Reservoir. Olympic Triathlon includes: 1.5k swim, 40k bike and 10k run. Sprint Triathlon includes: 500 yards swim, 20k bike, 5k run. Aquabike includes: 1.5k swim, 40k bike. Participants age of 50 and over are eligible to enter the Idaho Senior Games and will race in the regular Olympic or sprint events. Entry fee for Aquabike, Olympic and Sprint, Adult, Youth and Seniors ranges from $65 to $100. Registration closes at noon Aug. 8. Entry fee for team is $120 by July 1 and $135 from July 2 to August 8. Kids Triathlon is held on Friday, August 8 at Emmett City Park. Course for 9-12 years old swimmers includes: 200 yards swim, 1.5 miles bike and .75 miles run. Course for 9-12 years old non-swimmers includes: 100 yards swim with a kickboard, 1.5 miles bike and .75 miles run. Course for 0-8 years old swimmers includes: 25 yards swim, .75 miles bike and .5 miles run. Course for 0-8 years old non-swimmers includes: splash & crawl around the wading pool, .75 miles bike and .5 miles run. Entry fee is $25 by July 1 and $40 from July 2 to August 8.
