What's Included

Laminated doughs are made by incorporating butter and flour into many folds, creating a layered, buttery pastry that is indescribably delicious. This class will explore the many different forms of laminated doughs, including croissants, puff pastry tarts, sticky buns, and much more. * This class will include a snack and pastries, but NOT a full meal. Please make sure your young chef eats lunch before coming to class and dinner afterward.
