What's Included

Omelets and pancakes and waffles, oh joy! Join us in celebration of the most important meal of the day. Learn or brush up on knife skills, cooking techniques including sautéing, frying, roasting, and more, and creative uses for eggs and other traditional (and nontraditional) breakfast ingredients. This is a great class for new cooks, or those wanting to brush up on basic skills. Of course, the highly skilled cook who is simply looking for an excuse to indulge is also welcome! Our class each day will end with a shared brunch and clean up. Families are invited to a final celebration on Friday, from 12:30 - 1:30.

Paulding & Company’s COOK! Programs are creative and challenging culinary courses for kids ages 9 - 18. Held primarily in the summer, in the Paulding & Company kitchen in Emeryville, the camps offer diverse training in everything from basic cooking skills to specialized cuisines, to kitchen science and more. These hands-on classes are designed to give kids the confidence and skills they need to cook for themselves, for friends, and for their families. COOK! promotes the understanding that life is more colorful, more fragrant, and simply more interesting when you cook.
