Course: Both the 5K and 1-mile walk courses are around Centennial Park, located off Route 108 in Ellicott City. The race starts and finishes near Pavilions A, B and C, near the playground and follows the paved foot paths around the lake.
Amenities: Water provided at mile one and two; bagels, fruit and water provided at the finish.
Awards will be given to the top male and female finisher as well as the top three finishers in the following age categories: 11 and under, 12-14, 15-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60 and over.
Special awards will be given to the top male and female Howard County Strider.
Random prizes and giveaways from sponsors and local businesses will also be available.
Beneficiary: Temple Isaiah, Fulton, MD. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to DreamBuilders and Grassroots of Howard County.
Post-race: Stay after the race for Family Wellness Day, a free community event promoting healthy living with games, food, activities, demonstrations, speakers, prizes, giveaways and more. Invite your family, friends and neighbors to join.

Family registration is limited to six people and must be immediate family members. Entry fee for individual or family includes one T-shirt. Additional tee-shirts are $10. Entry fee is non-refundable.
