About This Activity

Learn basic cardio combinations in an easy to do format, burn calories, increase cardiovascular endurance, and build lean muscle tone and bone density.  The last portion of the class will be devoted to strength and stretches to help you feel your best.  This class is led by Lisa Noorani.  Please contact the Ellicott City Senior Center for more information and registration at 410-313-1400.
