South East Asian Martial Arts (March)

About This Activity

This class will teach an integrated approach based on Southern Chinese (Gung fu and Chuan fa) and Indonesian (Pukulan and Silat) methods of self defense and mind/body coordination. Benefits include focus, balance, enhanced body awareness, and improved energy. Class will be taught by Ryan Valentine, a practitioner of martial arts since 1994 and recently given permission by his teachers to share these methods. Please wear workout attire, no jewelry. No experience necessary, Ages 15+
