About This Activity

Adult Fitness/Conditioning (13 years to adult):  Great benefit of fitness and conditioning as class will focus on technique and cardio-respiratory endurance.  Class is designed for participants who are interested in continuing to train as a competitive swimmer. Class ratio is 1:10

 Please note that this class is NOT for beginning swimmers.
