This volleyball summer camp focuses on the strength training/conditioning and basic fundamentals for volleyball, in addition to strategies to improve one’s overall game. Each student will receive hands on instructions to develop the skills of the game. Each session will culminate to 6-on-6 volleyball play. Regardless of your child’s skill level, each participant will have the opportunity to learn passing, setting, serving, hitting/spiking and ball coordination. We will also include additional activities such as games, team building, field trip adventures around the neighborhood, arts and crafts as well as watch inspirational sports movies. Camp Schedule: 9:00 - 11:00AM: Warm up: Volleyball passing, setting, hitting, serving 11:00 - 12:00PM: Volleyball games 12:00 - 12:30PM: Lunch (Bring your lunch- Lunch is NOT provided) 12:30 - 1:30PM - Field Trip/Movie/Arts and Crafts 1:30 - 2:30PM - Volleyball strength training and conditioning 2:30 - 3:30PM - Volleyball specific position training 3:30 - 4:00PM - Cool down: Volleyball competition and stretching *Breaks and water breaks will be planned throughout the day.
