The 2013 Leadership Can Be Taught Symposium is a biennial opportunity for faculty and other professional educators serving undergraduates (along with those teaching emerging adults in professional schools) to come together to explore best practices in adapting the Leadership Can Be Taught framework to higher education. This year’s LCBT Symposium is designed with the School for Leadership and Education Sciences at the University of San Diego and will demonstrate the power of partnership, moving from the idea of “us versus them” to the power of creating “we” in the world of Leadership education.\nUnlike a traditional conference, participants are immersed in pre-readings, shared case-in-point experiences, and whole-gathering conversations that deepen the community of practice for all in attendance. There will also be workshop and poster session opportunities.
