The science education degree programs are exemplary. They provide future and current teachers with a comprehensive understanding of core concepts in science, science teaching and learning, and the integration of technology in science instruction. Current and future teachers examine how students become engaged in and learn science, and explore ways teachers can use standards- and research-based instructional strategies to attain high levels of achievement for all students, regardless of background or interest in science. Programs are available for future science teachers, kindergarten through college, and include study in the physical, life, and earth sciences.
