About This Activity

Water Exercise classes promote total body fitness in a low impact, but challenging environment, suitable for all fitness levels. Most class time is spent in the deep water using flotation belts. Lap Swim is for all levels of lap swimming. Swimmers must be 16 to use the pool without an adult present. Lane 6 is available for walkers and exercisers. During busy times, lanes must be shared by swimmers. Classes are for the month. There are no classes on holidays and no make-ups for missed classes due to weather or other uncontrollable events.
