In this high-energy, low- choreography class, participants will do calisthenic exercises by repetition and lots of movement. Some exercises are more rigorous than others: push-ups, crunches, squat thrusts, spider, inchworm, suicides. Bands will be used in place of weights. Prior exercise background is strongly recommended.
