Can you imagine spending time after school gaining a deeper sense of body awareness, self-confidence, balance and flexibility? Including flowing sequences, balancing poses, breathing exercises, and creative relaxation techniques, children are sure to feel great about themselves. As well, partner poses and cooperative yoga games inspire positive peer interactions that they are sure to carry into their everyday lives. Music, friends, games, dancing, breathing, and posing make this experience worth trying! Bring your own yoga mat, water, and dress comfortably.
