OPTION TWO: STABILITY BALL, YOGA, PILATES, AND WEIGHT TRAINING WORKOUT A fun, one hourr class integrating multiple methods of exerise to promote muscle strength, flexibility, balance, core training to promote health, weight loss, endurance, stress relief and more. Great for beginners and experienced exercisers! Please bring a stability ball, light weights, execise bands, yoga mat and water. INSTRUCTOR: LINDA SHELDON is a co-creator of Shifting Sands Transitions, LLC. She has a MA in Psychology, Masters in Public Administration and experience in assisting seniors in downsizing and relocating
