What's Included

Through awareness and play in nature you will develop a greater capacity for movement, creativity, and flow. Inspired by nature’s greatest movers, the animals, you will learn how to move on all fours through tall grass, over fallen trees, across smooth rocks, uneven surfaces and into the thick undergrowth of the forest. By reconnecting with nature and moving through a dynamic landscape you will develop your full potential as wild human! This program will teach the technical aspects of different animal movements, patterns for strength and mobility, as well as relaxing and breathing techniques to recover and heal. This alongside with lots of fun games will apply these skills with spontaneity and flow.
