Team Triathlon Program - 11-14 year-olds

About This Activity

Two 1-hour training sessions per week (Sunday plus one weeknight) will guide our athletes through a 12-week training regimen designed to improve and develop correct running, swimming, and cycling techniques and prepare each participant for a kids triathlon right here at the MJCCA! Athletes will develop these skills as well as race etiquette in a fun, safe, and positive environment. From absolute beginner to seasoned sports fanatic, this program will challenge every child and allow him to realize success, achieve health and wellness goals, and reap the rewards of participation.
