ONLINE REGISTRATION IS CLOSED BUT RACE DAY REGISTRATION IS AVAILABLE ON FRIDAY 4pm to 6pm AND SATURDAY 6:30am to 7:30am.
The Cooney Duathlon is the 1st race is the GLM Just Du IT Duathlon Series. The series consists of 4 races and series championships are awarded at the end of the series.
The Event consists of a 2 mile run, a 21 mile bike and a 2 mile run. The transition area and the finish line are at Silver Lake Intermediate School in Oconomowoc.
The Sprint Distance Duathlon is chip timed and awards both overall awards to the top 3 men and women and age group awards to the top 5 in each age group. Age Groups are Under 15, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80 Plus.
Post race rehydration and food will be available to all athletes.
Custom Bibs will be provided for all participants who sign up prior to May 1st, 2013.
Green Layer Tech Tees will be available on race day for all athletes who sign up prior to May 1st, 2013. If you sign up after May 1st you will receive a tee shirt but your shirt will not be available to be picked up on race day.
