Scenic View Duathon

Run Course: leaves town beach on a packed dirt road & turns left onto East Shore Road for 2/10 mi,then right onto trail, up a hill to scenic tower and back. Bike Course: 10 miles around Bantam Lake, fairly level or slight rolling course. East Shore Rd, right onto Rt 109, right onto Rt 209, right onto North Shore Rd, right onto Rt 2020, right onto Bissel Rd, right onto White's Wood Rd, right onto East Shore Rd and back to beach. Steep downhill near end of course before right turn to finish area
