Brief Description

Sprint format duathlone 5k run - 12.6 mile bike - 5krun. The run is entirely off road on a paved bike path through South Hills Park. It is fast with a few rollers. The bike is a beautiful, single loop rolling course with two climbs on rural roads through farming communities & historic Cornwall
