Brief Description

Race #3 in the Triad Duathlon Series. Short and long course run-bike-run duathlons. The short course is a 3.1 mile run - 15.5 mile bike - 3.1 mile run. The long course is a 3.1 mile run - 30 mile bike - 6.2 mile run. Individual, 2-person relay, and 3-person relays. T-shirt and post-race food. Additional Information

Race-day registration and packet pick-up from 8am-9:30. Race begins at 10:00am. Series awards, race awards to the top 3 overall, and age group awards. Both individuals and relays.
