| The Women’s Giving Circle of Frederick County Fund is a Component Fund of The Community Foundation of Frederick County. The Women's Giving Circle (womensgivingcircleoffred.org) was created in 2006 by Karlys Kline to improve the lives of women and the lives of those who depend on them. Since their inception, they have raised over$250,000.00 with another $160,000.00 pledged, and have awarded over $70,000.00 in grants to 9 organizations for 14 programs. |
