In February, the 2009 Special Olympics World Winter Games will be hosted in Idaho, USA and welcome nearly 3,000 athletes from over 100 countries coming together to showcase their athletic skills and celebrate the true spirit of competition through winter sports.
This event will transform participants, communities and fans world-wide and help citizens throughout the world appreciate the values of respect and compassion, which the athletes and their supporters live by every day. |
