| Team Sponsorship donations represent a significant portion of the income budget. Without annual team sponsorships, Wm. S. Hart would be forced to significantly raise player registration fees which some families could not afford. Of course, all donations are tax deductible. Wm. S. Hart includes our tax Number in the confirmation email.
Donation packages are as follows:
Option 1A - includes a sponsorship for 1 team, space for 1 banner on a field of your choice (you provide the banner), 1 sponsor plaque
Option 2A - Same as Option 1 but 2 teams, space for 2 banners, 2 plaques
Option 3A - Softball Package, upto 3 teams, upto 3 plaques, 3 banners (SB1, SB2, & SB3 fields)
Option 3B - Upper Baseball Package, upto 3 teams, upto 3 plaques, 3 banners (Bronco, Pony, Colt fields)
Option 3C - Lower Baseball Package - upto 3 teams, upto 3 plaques, 4 banners (Shetland, Pinto, Mustang 1 & 2)

In order for teams to be eligible for playoffs, ALL teams must secure a sponsor on or before April 1. Any team that does not have a sponsor will not be eligible for playoffs.
