| Team Sponsorship donations represent a significant portion of the income budget. Without annual team sponsorships, Wm. S. Hart would be forced to raise player registration fees which some families could not afford. Of course, all donations are tax deductible. Wm. S. Hart includes our tax Number in the confirmation email.
Donation packages include:
Option 1a includes a sponsorship for 1 team, space for 1 banner on a field of your choice (you provide the banner), 1 sponsor plaque
Option 2a - Same as Option 1 but 2 teams, space for 2 banners, 2 plaques
Option 3a - Softball pkg, 1 team, 1 plaque, 3 banners (SB1, SB2, & SB3 fields)
Option 3b - Upper Baseball pkg, 1 team, 1 plaque, 3 banners (Bronco, Pony, Colt fields)
Option 3c - Lower Baseball pkg - 1 team, 1 plaque, 4 banners (Shetland, Pinto, Mustang 1 & 2)
Option 1ai - Same as Option 1a + One internet ad on Hart website.
Option 2ai - Same as Option 2a + One Internet Ad on Hart website.
Option 3ai - Same as Option 3a + One Internet Ad on Hart website.
Option 3bi - Same as Option 3b + One Internet Ad on Hart website.
Option 3ci - Same as Option 3c + One Internet Ad on Hart website.
Option 4i - Internet Sponsorship. Place 1 ad on the Hart website
Notes: Sponsors provide banners at their own expense. Hart directors will hang the sign(s) on the appropriate fields. .
