| We are now celebrating Moms/Meme's 2nd year with her new liver. This will be our 2nd year walking and we had so much fun last year. Please help us surpass our goal this year by donating whatever you can. We all thank you for taking the time to help us out and we look forward to our walk this year and to celebrate the life of our wonderful mother/grandmother which would not have been possible if it wasn't for her liver transplant.
