| THE CAUSE: Uptown Wadesboro, Inc. is teaming up with the National Alopecia Areata Foundation to bring the first ever Tortoise and Hair 5K Race to the streets of Wadesboro. This race has been organized not only to keep Uptown Wadesboro beautiful but to more importantly raise funds and create awareness for alopecia areate.
