| Virginia & Marilyn's Half Marathon for Maitri |

| Maitri Compassionate Care is a San Francisco nonprofit providing hospice and 24-hour care to men and women living with AIDS. As many of you know, Virginia was a longtime volunteer at Maitri and now works there as a Certified Nurse's Aide. We want to dedicate our half marathon racing effort to Maitri's important work. We originally planned to run the Long Beach Half Marathon on Oct 17, but M's hamstring injury messed that up. We'll be running the Kaiser Permanente Half Marathon right here in San Francisco on February 6, instead!
