Each one of us has made great progress in our lives to be where we are today. But as we pride ourselves in the accomplishments we have achieved, let us not forget that part of the world that is being left behind.
There are millions of children around the world who are so poor that God cannot appear to them except in the form of food. Especially in India, these children are the helpless victims of ignorance or indifference. The needs of these children are undoubtedly great. None of us alone can create the great change needed to combat the great need. But we can do small things, with great Love, and together, we can do something amazing. We can put love into our action and we can give these children the chance to dream with their eyes open.
If we are to create real change in our world, we must start with the children. They are our gift to the future, our hope for a brighter, more radiant tomorrow.
As Mahatma Gandhi beckoned, we must BE the change we wish to see in the world. Each one of us has the power and potential to improve the lives of others.
You single-handedly have the power to breathe life into the existence of these children.

Marathon Fundraising Campaign for Vibha - A brighter future for children
A small group of dedicated Vibha patrons have
decided to pledge their support to Vibha by running half (13.1 miles) and full marathons (26.2 miles). Along the way, they also aim to raise money to support Vibha's cause. Lets support these amazing individuals by donating generously.

Over 100 million* children in India between 6 and 14 years of age are outside the school system
Over 20 million* children are child laborers.
Less than 45%** receive the immunization required to protect them from deadly diseases

$50 can facilitate the rehabilitation of a severely mentally handicapped child for a year
$40 can sponsor the non-formal education of a child for a whole
year.
$35 can keep a child safe from many fatal diseases by providing him/her complete immunizations for a year.
$30 can provide a child with all the educational materials he/she needs for a year.
