I always think I am a fortunate kid - I have lovely parents who take care of me; Who attend to all my needs; Who are besides me all the time.
But not every Child is Fortunate as me!! Some of these kids need our help.
Many of them don't have a house to stay or beds to sleep... Many of them don't have food to eat... Many of them would like to go to school like me, but don't have the money...
I would like to be friends with them, play with them and help them also...
To help those kids, me and my friends are going to participate in the fundraising Vibha Cricket Cup 2009 to be held on May 30th & June 6th in Dallas (FUN MELA on June 6th evening at Russell Creek Park, Plano, Texas)
Me and my friends have also pledged to raise $1000 to help these little friends of ours and request you to donate so that we can achieve our goal

$1000 can fund a teacher's salary for a whole year
$500 can fund a part time physiotherapist's salary for a whole year
$250 can cover the rent of a school in rural area for a whole year
$120 can give quality education to a child for a whole year
$50 can facilitate the rehabilitation of a severely mentally handicapped child for a year
$40 can sponsor the non-formal education of a child for a whole year.
$35 can keep a child safe from many fatal diseases by providing him/her complete immunizations for a year.
$30 can provide a child with all the educational materials he/she needs for a year.
