The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society is the world's largest voluntary health organization dedicated to funding blood cancer research, education and patient services.
The Society's mission: Cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families.
Since its founding in 1949, the Society has invested more than $360 million for research specifically targeting blood cancers.
The need is critical. There are more than 700,000 Americans battling blood cancers. Every 5 minutes someone new is diagnosed and every 10 minutes someone with these diseases dies. We have come a long way over the years in treating these diseases but we still have a ways to go as Leukemia is the #1 child killing disease around us.
Thank you for your support of our great cause. Every penny helps get us closer to a cure! |
