| Meri and Amy's Race for the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund |

| We will be running the ING Miami Half Marathon January 31, 2010 to support our mother and help raise money for the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund. Our mother was diagnosed with stage 3c ovarian cancer in January 2007. Our run will mark three years since her diagnosis and her ongoing battle with cancer. Thanks to the money raised by the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund, new medication, screening tests and cancer markers are being developed. The goal is to increase awareness, provide early detection and ultimately find a cure for ovarian cancer.
13.1 miles is not an easy feat. Our mother's bravery and strength has inspired us and the need for ongoing research in this field drives us. Everyday is a gift and an opportunity to work on a new treatment to fight ovarian cancer. Whether you or someone you know is affected by ovarian cancer, we ask you to give to this cause.
