| Thanks for checking out this page. I'm running a sprint triathlon in June. All proceeds and funds raised go to benefit Joanna M. Nicolay Melanoma Foundation. The JMNMF is the voice of melanoma prevention, detection, care and cure. Melanoma is the most serious and lethal form of skin cancer - one person dies every hour in the U.S from melanoma.

The “TRI-TO-WIN…the fight against melanoma” triathlon fundraising directly benefits the Joanna M. Nicolay Melanoma Foundation. The Foundation, an all-volunteer, non-profit charity, is known throughout Maryland and nationally as the voice for melanoma prevention, detection, care and cure. Triathletes, experienced and first-timers alike, join the community of patients, families, doctors, educators and concerned individuals to:
• support medical research that will ultimately lead to a cure for melanoma;
• seek opportunities to educate the general public on prevention and the seriousness of melanoma; and,
• provide resources for patients and the entire melanoma community.
Our collective efforts are important and all contributions are tax deductible to the Foundation, a 501(c)(3), non-profit, public charity - Federal Tax ID 55-0855653. |
