Welcome to my Team In Training home page.
In 1996, two days before my 33 birthday, I was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma Cancer. At that time doctors told me I had six months to live and here I am today celebrating 10 years in remission. Not everyone has a succes story like mine to share and this is why as the Honored team member, I have made a committment to raise 10,000 . that's 1,000 for each year I have been in remission, to support the work of the Leukemia & lymphoma Society. My team will begin training on November 4th for a 26 mile marathon to be held in Paris France on April 15, 2007. Each of us have one goal in mind, putting a stop to leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin lymphoma and myeloma. As the honorary teammate, I'm raising money for this event in honor of all individuals who are battling blood cancers today. These people are the real heroes on our team, and we need your support to cross the ultimate finish line - a cure!
