Welcome to my Team In Training home page.
The Mayor's Midnight Sun Marthon event in Alaska was June 17th, 2006. As a member of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team In Training, I have been raising funds to help stop leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin lymphoma and myeloma from taking more lives while training for the marathon.
I reached my goal of finishing top 10 in the marathon, and thanks to the over 50 donations that I received, I have reached my fundraising goal. I ran the marathon and raised money in honor of all individuals who are battling blood cancers. These people are the real heroes on our team - racing with your support to cross the ultimate finish line - a cure!
