Welcome to my Team In Training home page.

I started running in September 2005, starting with a 10k clinic. Over the next couple months I did 2-10k races and then attended a TNT meeting. I decided on the spot to sign up to help this worthy cause and run a marathon. When I was done, I signed on again!


Please help me reach my fundraising goal for the Vancouver International Marathon and Nike Women's Half Marathon. My goal is to raise $5200, $100 for each week of training that has gone into preparing for these events. THANKS!

I am training to participate in an endurance event as a member of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team In Training. All of us on Team In Training are raising funds to help stop leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin lymphoma and myeloma from taking more lives. I'm completing this marathon in honor of all individuals who are battling blood cancers. These people are the real heroes on our team, and we need your support to cross the ultimate finish line - a cure!

I ran my FIRST marathon ever on May 7th, 2006 in Vancouver, BC. My time was an amazing 4:57:13! AND as if that wasn't enough, I have continued with TNT as a mentor and will run the half marathon at the Nike Women's Marathon in San Francisco, CA on Oct. 22.
