hello all i am now pulling 4 miles and strong very excited although i am not supposed to run - i have incporporated a quick "jaunt" every few laps to reduce my time - it is refreshing i have a long way to go so i thank you early donors for keeping the faith in the meantime - i am still a long way off from meeting my monetary goal - so everyone else has a chance to get on the ball anyway - later for now - i'll keep you posted with news
