Milo Lewis Team In Training Page
Racing to Save Lives
Welcome to my Team In Training home page.
I lost my dad to cancer so I decided to make a difference. I am training to participate in an endurance event as a member of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team In Training. All of us on Team In Training are raising funds to help stop leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkins lymphoma and myeloma from taking more lives. On June 17, I will run the Mayor's Midnight Sun Marathon in Achorage Alaska in honor of all individuals who are battling blood cancers. As you can see from the images above, cancer does not discriminate against the young or the old. These people are the real heroes on our team, and we need your support to cross the ultimate finish line - a cure!
People who get out and get involved make a difference. You can also make a difference by supporting me! Please make a donation to support my participation in Team In Training and help advance the Society's mission. Dr. Ronald Levy, Division of Oncology, Stanford University School of Medicine, was recently awarded a 5-year grant from (LLS). He is currently conducting clinical trials of a lymphoma vaccine.
Please join me to fight for a cure by making a donation on this web page. Checks can also be made out to LLS and given directly to me. Donations are 100% tax-deductible. Please note that no donation is too small! I hope you'll visit my web site often. Be sure to check back frequently to see my progress.
Thank you very much for your support. Milo
