Welcome to my Team In Training fundraising page.
I am training to participate in an endurance event, not just any endurance event THE endurance event. That's right an Ironman! I will be training as a member of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team In Training. All of us on Team In Training are raising funds to help stop leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin lymphoma and myeloma from taking more lives. I'm completing this event in honor of all individuals who are battling blood cancers. These people are the real heroes on our team, and we need your support to cross the ultimate finish line - a cure!
I will be training for an Ironman distance triathlon over the next 10 months. It is only half of the battle though. Not only will I be training for this monumental endurance event but I will also be working towards raising money for an awesome cause.
